Classitz is software you use in a web browser. There is nothing physical to ship.

What you receive

When you subscribe to a paid plan, the plan's features switch on in your account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment — normally within a minute. Prices include GST. Your GST tax invoice from Grandfield Media Private Limited is emailed to you separately.

If the plan does not activate

Occasionally a bank confirms a payment late. If your plan is not active within an hour of paying, email support@classitz.cc with the payment id and we activate it by hand or refund it — see our refund policy.

Where the service is delivered

Anywhere with an internet connection. Classitz is hosted and its data stored in India; it is priced in Indian rupees and intended for teachers in India.
